Weightlifting 101

The ultimate class for teaching young athletes the proper mechanics of lifting weights and doing it the correct way each and every time.

This class is designed to help all young athletes understand the importance of weight training to enchance their performance on the field as well as developing a healthier lifestyle.

the idea behind this class is to make sure that when a young athlete gets older they will already have the tools to participate in their high school weight training program as well as devolop a healthier lifestyle.

Here's what each athlete will learn:

  • Proper technique on the most popular lifts used in high school gyms
  • Confidence about their performance
  • Understanding how important weight training is to take their performance to the next level.
  • How weight training will reduce their chance of injuries

Weightlifting 101 is open to young athletes ages 9-14. There will be two class times and space is LIMITED.

Program dates: Feb 1st-27th.

6:30-7:15pm (Tues and Thurs)

Cost for all sessions: $60
Class size: 15 per session
