Parent Fitness Program

Many parents have expressed an interest in pursuing their own fitness goals at the same time that their son/daughter is working out at the Explosive Sports Performance facility. In response, the ESP staff has created the Parent Fitness Program.

Parents may choose to work out alongside their child, using a similar program, or may have a program specially designed for them. Possible areas addressed in a parents program could include:

  • developing core strength
  • increasing endurance
  • improving balance
  • enhancing flexibility
  • gaining speed and quickness
  • achieving better overall fitness
  • developing skills for a specific sport

Fitness is important not only for athletes, but also for assisting in completing day to day tasks, more efficient management of daily stress, and maintaining good health. Whatever your current level of fitness or your goals might be, feel free to sit down and discuss them with us. We are happy to work with you in meeting your needs and helping to address your current strengths and possible areas of weakness.

Having a professional design a program for you can help to ensure that every workout is a “perfect fit” and that you will be challenged to improve your body, while having the guidance necessary to avoid overtraining or injuries.
