Ah, summer! Time off from doing homework, time to stay up late talking with friends, time to choose what you want to do with your time and energy.

You know how easy it is to get into a rut watching television reruns or exchanging email messages all day long, and to wake up the next morning and look into the mirror and wishing that you were just a little (or a lot) more fit.

Getting started is the hardest part. How do you find activities that you’ll like to do, so that you’ll want to keep doing them? What can you eat to stay healthy and still join your friends at the movies or the mall without feeling like a food misfit? Where can you go to get advice about working out and changing your eating habits from someone who understands your personal needs and goals?

REACH Fitness has the answer. Our summer programs will teach you the tools and strategies you need to begin changing your body. You’ll have the attention of trainers who will help you to understand how to work your body in ways that will enable you to look and feel better. Nutrition specialists will show you ideas for eating the foods you like in a balanced, health promoting way.

Summer Shape Up sessions will get you headed in the right direction by involving you in a variety of strength training and aerobic activities to help you find the ones you enjoy the most. You’ll gather ideas for making quick simple meals and snacks for yourself at home and discover how to make well-informed choices when dining out.

Go Back to School in a Whole New Body will present you with the opportunity to adopt eating and exercise habits that you can maintain throughout the school year, to increase fitness, decrease stress, and make you feel proud of you and your body.
