ask for no long term commitment. The cost of becoming healthy is far
less than the cost of medications and doctors visits. Besides, you're
worth it.
I don't have the time.
We open early and close late. We frequently adjust our hours to meet
our clients needs. Exercise will help to increase your energy and reduce
your stress level so you will be more efficient throughout the rest
of your day.
I am too out of shape to work out.
You'll benefit from having guidance and instruction to reduce the risk
of injury and to maximize your results. Our programs are customized
to meet your wants and needs. No matter what condition you are in when
you start we will help you to steadily progress to where you want to
be.
I'm not the health club "type."
Neither are we. We have no mirrors, no fancy clothes, no juice bar.
What we do have are supportive staff and clients.
I'm not athletic.
Massive coordination is not required to begin a workout program. We
can help you to develop better balance, flexibilility, and muscle coordination.
I have a bad back, knee, ankle, etc.
All of these conditions can be improved with a proper training regimen.
None of these conditions are improved by doing nothing.
I am overweight.
Strength training builds muscle. Muscle increases your metabolism and
helps you to burn more calories. Cardiovascular activities help you
to burn extra calories, too. A well-designed nurtitional plan provides
the final piece of the puzzle for successful weight loss. Our staff
is trained and ready to help you tackle the problem.
I have osteoporosis.
We have a program specifically designed to help in the treatment and
prevention of this condition.
I'm too old.
Exercise is proven to help improve balance, reduce the risk of bone
loss, and improve a wide array of chronic diseases. Come on in and work
out alongside our parents. We won't tell you how old they are. That
wouldn't be polite.
