Weightlifting 101
Open to 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Check back for more info and schedule.

Mother/Daughter – Look Good, Feel Good at Any Age
Mothers and daughters can develop stronger bodies, healthier eating habits, and increased self esteem by learning the “tricks” of the fitness trade from a certified trainer and nutrition specialist.

(Girls ages 8-14, Moms of any age)

KidsFit
Get out from in front of the TV/computer and learn to love being active.  Play games to increase stamina, strength and coordination.  You’ll be so busy enjoying yourself that you’ll forget you’re working out.

Fitness Test Prep
There’s no way school fitness tests can be fun. Right? WRONG! Small group personal training will prove to you that you can succeed at the mile run, sit-ups, etc.

Girls RULE
Cardio and strength training program for girls only! Dramatically improve overall fitness. Personal training for young people. Bring a smile and a water bottle.
